Fee Proposal

Construction Certificate and PCA Application

For a Construction Certificate application we will require at least a copy of the development consent, a copy of the architectural plans and the estimated value of works in order to provide a fee proposal.

Complying Development and PCA Application

For a Complying Development Certificate application we will require at least a copy of the architectural plans, a current Section 10.7 Certificate for the applicable Council and the estimated value of works in order to provide a fee proposal.

PCA Only Application

For a PCA Only application, we will require a copy of the development consent, the CC or CDC approval issued by another certifying authority and a copy of the architectural plans.
